Can the powder products be stored in a different type of container?
The product can be stored in a light-resistant glass or plastic jar with a tightly sealed

For picky eaters, we recommend mixing powder supplements into bone broth, raw

Tinctures expire after 3 years; Powder/Capsules expire after 2 years from the date of

Pet Intolerance Test: What are the differences between intolerances/sensitivities and allergies in pets?
It is a true blood allergy when an immune response is activated and histamines are
triggered. The pet may never be able to have exposure to those items. With a
sensitivity, the immune system may still be triggered, but the pet may have the
opportunity to be exposed to it again after the immune system has been calmed down.
Pet Intolerance Test: Is this the same thing as an allergy test I would get at a veterinarian’s office?
This is NOT traditional dog allergy testing done in a medical laboratory. It is a
non-invasive analysis that can detect factors contributing to pet allergy-like
symptoms. It is not meant to be a substitute for traditional pet allergy testing with
blood samples.
Pet Intolerance Test: What do the Energetic Imbalances mean and what can we do to improve these areas?
The biofeedback analysis identified the Energetic Imbalances as areas in need of
improvement. Please keep in mind that the items highlighted do not constitute a
diagnosis. We are not saying the pet has a virus, a thyroid problem, or a parasite. For
example, the body could be experiencing stress in one way or another, putting
additional stress on the thyroid gland. We’re not saying there is a true thyroid issue,
only that it may benefit from support. Whether it is starting with the immune system
or directly supporting it. It is important to note that if your customer notices any
signs or symptoms, they should consult with a veterinarian. Otherwise, these are just
areas that can benefit from some additional support.
Pet Intolerance Test: What do I do to make sure that I receive my customers' results?
To receive your customers results, please make sure to have them include your store
email address in the secondary email section of the online registration form at
gphtest.com.
Pet Intolerance Test: How can I help my customers understand their pets' results?
Please click on the following link, Understanding Your Pets' Results, to help better
understand your customers' pets' results.
Pet Intolerance Test: Can you do the test on puppies?
It is recommended to wait until the pet is at least 6 months old.
Pet Intolerance Test: How often is it recommended to have the scan done on pets?
If the pet is still experiencing or begins to show new symptoms, we recommend
scanning him or her again once every 6 months to a year. Stressors and sensitivities
can change over time, depending on the pet and a variety of other factors such as health, diet, and environment. It's a great idea to see how they are currently
responding, if they are still showing symptoms or what the current stressors or
imbalances are. To get a current "snapshot" of their health.
Pet Intolerance Test: Can pet hair be taken from clothing for the hair sample?
No, pet hair from clothes will skew the results. It is important for the effectiveness of
the test to collect hair directly from the pet for samples.
