I sent my Original Pet Intolerance Test in without expediting the order; however, my puppy started getting sicker, and I really wanted to see if she had any food intolerances so that I could make some adjustments right away.

I called customer service, and they were so friendly and helpful. Over the course of a few days, we stayed in contact while they tracked the order. Once the order arrived at their facility, I upgraded my order to expedite the processing. I got my results quickly in a format that was easy to comprehend. My puppy has several high sensitivity ratings to many items found in dog food.

I have removed all the high and moderate-sensitivity items from her diet, and she is feeling so much better. I am pleased to have received these test results so quickly, which will help guide me toward a healthier and happier puppy.

I think your test is wonderful! It’s crazy how since his first one how now he is only allergic to rice and no other grains compared to the first one was allergic to all the grains!!

Glacier Peak was wonderful when I reached out to them to get Maggie's test results sooner. We
adopted Maggie in November 2024,
and she was having all kinds of

was that we were feeding her the

she was allergic to. Yep, 3 bags of dog food that was messing her up. We switched her in May 2025, to a food & fillers that she isn't

and she seems so much more happier as well as being more healthy for sure.

I took my dog to the vet for stomach pain. She ran multiple test that cost close to 1,000. The whole time I was wondering what she might be allergic to. I went to my pet store and they told me about the test.so helpful. I was feeding her food she was allergic to, she is doing much better. Thank you.
