Glacier Peak Holistics will complete your pet's scan within 7-10 business days after we receive your samples. We will send you confirmation via email when we receive the samples. The email will come from gphtest@glacierpeakholistics.com. Please add the email address to your contact list to avoid having it sent to your SPAM (especially for free email accounts such as Hotmail, Yahoo & Gmail).
Samples typically arrive within 7-15 business days depending on where they are mailed from. Please keep in mind that our facility is located in a very rural area in Rexford, MT (population 80), so they may take a little longer to arrive; also, the wild Montana weather can cause delivery delays. If you are concerned about the location of your samples, please look up the tracking number at USPS.com.
Samples are occasionally lost during transit. Our company policy requires that we give the samples up to 21 days to reach our biofeedback facility. However, if the samples do not arrive within 21 days and you do not receive an email confirming their arrival, please contact us atinfo@glacierpeakholistics.com.
We frequently receive samples mailed at the same time on different days. It all depends on the postal carrier. I would not worry; they should arrive at our facility soon, and we will email you when they arrive safely.
Your results will be sent by email directly to the email address you provide on the registration form after the test has been completed.
Yes, trimming the dog's hair for the hair sample is okay. Please try to get a quarter-size amount of hair.
The best way to get saliva samples is to hold all three cotton swabs on one end and swab the inside of the mouth along the gum line and cheek area with the opposite end. This will get all three swabs wet at once. It is also helpful to wait until just before a meal.
No. The Pet Intolerance Test is not suitable for pets less than 6 months old.
Biofeedback has been approved by the FDA for detecting stressors and sensitivities. There is no true way to determine accuracy; we rely on customer feedback and have completed over 95,000 tests with outstanding results. Please keep in mind that we are testing for intolerances and sensitivities rather than true allergies. True-born allergies are much less common in pets and can be detected using blood tests.
The biofeedback analysis identified the Energetic Imbalances highlighted as areas in need of improvement. Please keep in mind that the items highlighted do not constitute a diagnosis. The scan results don't tell us what's wrong with each ailment, only that at the time the test was run, stress was detected for that imbalance. The marked items are imbalances discovered in your pet's health that may require some additional solutions to help eliminate.
Your results will be your pet's road map to achieving optimum health. You will see what foods your pet is currently sensitive to, which will help you steer clear of ingredients that trigger itching, irritation, and other unwanted allergy-type symptoms. Your results will also have beneficial product recommendations based on your pet's profile. We are not recommending that you purchase all products listed. These are simply suggestions for items that could benefit your pet's health and well-being. They are an important step in addressing the energetic imbalances such as a weak immune system or the presence of yeast and candida. Identifying potential food and environmental sensitivities is an important first step, but addressing your pet's energetic imbalances is where you will see the real, lasting transformation.
We recommend that you wait 6 months or longer before retesting your pet. We will not process samples for pets that have already been tested within the last 6 months.
