We've been helping pets live their best lives for more than 17 years, with over 95,000 tests performed!
This test is not a traditional dog or cat allergy test or DNA testing kit. Unlike traditional pet allergy testing, our test uses biofeedback technology with hair and saliva samples to identify intolerances and sensitivities. Your pet's personalized results are based on over 395 food and environmental factors. With diet changes and a few added supplements, you can help your pets live their best lives.
Many people ask, “What can I give my dog for allergies?” Then they invest in cat or dog allergy medicine, expensive specialty food, or raw dog food, without ever truly understanding the root cause of the symptoms. Many people are looking for natural remedies for dog allergies and don’t realize it may be as easy as changing the food and environmental stressors of their pet.
The Pet Intolerance Test is suitable for both dogs and cats over 6 months of age! Simply check "dog" or "cat" when you register your kit. We'll take it from there.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE KIT:
- Instruction Booklet
- “Register Test” card with unique barcode (Electronic Registration & Disclaimer to be completed at www.gphtest.com)
- 3 Organic Cotton Swabs
- Biohazard Bag (to place hair and saliva samples in)
- Return Shipping Bag
- Pre-Paid Return Shipping (for customers within the United States)
Please Note: Expedited tests take up to 3 business days, and Standard tests take up to 7-10 business days after the date we receive samples. Results are sent via email.
HOW TO GATHER SAMPLES:
- Carefully remove the swabs from the biohazard bag, only touching one end.
- Swab your pet's mouth using all three at once or one at a time.
- Carefully put them back in the biohazard bag with the wet end at the bottom.
- Options to collect hair:
- Use a clean, unused brush or comb (it’s important that the hair not be contaminated by any other pet or human).
- Gently pull out a small amount of shedding hair (the size of a quarter will do).
- Cut hair from the rump or chest area.
- For hairless pets, make sure to get the swabs very wet with saliva from your pet's mouth. We can still run the test this way.
- Put the hair and swabs in the biohazard bag and close it using the zip closure.
- Place the biohazard bag into the shipping bag with the return label already attached (US only).
- Please save a copy of your tracking number.
- Drop off at your local Postal Office.
Note: If your test kit came with a paper intake sheet, please complete the form and send it in with your samples. We are transitioning from paper intake forms to a barcode registration. You may receive a paper intake form or a barcode for digital registration if you purchase from a retail store. Thank you for your understanding as we move to paperless.
USED BY CUSTOMERS WORLDWIDE:
Our test is also available for customers outside the United States. For questions about ordering the test or sending samples from outside the U.S., please see our International Shipments FAQ.
INTERNATIONAL NOTE: We do NOT recommend returning samples back to us using FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Should you choose one of those services, there is a very good chance your sample will be returned to you.
-
Important Declaration: When stating the contents, we recommend declaring them as "Exempt Animal Specimens." This shows that the samples are from an animal and are being transported for routine testing, not for the diagnosis of infectious diseases. Using this description helps ensure correct Customs processing.
- If asked for the valuation of your shipment, please value the return sample at $1. This will ensure that the proper duty fees are assessed for the return components and not the retail value for the entire test.
VETERINARIAN USED AND APPROVED
"I have been familiar with bio-resonance testing for many years, and I have complete confidence with their results. I am delighted that Glacier Peak Holistics is offering their wellness scan for pets. As a holistic vet who does consultation work now, this test has helped me identify stressors that helped us resolve many health issues. I just did a Wellness Life Stress Scan (Pet Intolerance Test) for my senior dog last week." -Dennis W. Thomas, DVM, CVA
RETESTING RECOMMENDED AFTER 6 MONTHS
Pets are not retested until six months have elapsed. This ensures that the sensitivities have been eliminated for the full 60 days, a gradual intolerance reintroduction has happened, and the immune system is given ample time to heal and recover. If your pet is experiencing symptoms, a retest can help determine if their intolerances have shifted.

This was my second time having Glacier Peak run their testing on a second allergic/sensitive Frenchie. It’s great insight into what they are sensitive to and more what to limit in their diet. Well worth the money.
