Please be advised that the shipping times given are an estimate from the carrier, not a guarantee from Glacier Peak Holistics. Unfortunately, we cannot control the accuracy or speed of the delivery services.
If you would like to make changes to your order before 12 p.m. MDT, please contact us via email or chat. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. MDT.
Return Policy
Glacier Peak Holistics is committed to improving the health of dogs, cats and horses, naturally. We stand behind our products and services and want to work with you to ensure your satisfaction. In order to keep prices reasonable while maintaining our exceptionally high standards, we do have some guidelines for returns:
- If you have an issue with any of our products, please call us immediately. We are committed to working/educating our customers, to ensure that the products are being used in the proper manner & reach desired outcome.
- Only orders returned within 60 days, and unopened, may be eligible* for return. (*pending approval)
- If any product arrives to you broken or otherwise damaged, a replacement will be sent out. Contact immediately us at info@glacierpeakholistics.com for instructions.
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if your pet doesn’t like the taste of our products. Please see our feeding tips for information, or give us a call.
- We do not offer refunds for our services, including the Pet Intolerance Test and Customized Bach Flower Remedies. If you are unhappy with the results, please contact us and let us know so we can work with you toward a solution.
