Program Overview-
Glacier Peak Holistics offers a performance-based affiliate program. Affiliates earn commissions by referring customers to our website through unique tracking links or assigned coupon codes. Participation is subject to the full Terms and Conditions set forth in this document.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the Glacier Peak Holistics Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying or participating in the Program, you ("affiliate" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.
Commission Structure & Payouts-
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a commission on the subtotal of qualifying orders, excluding taxes, shipping, and other fees. Rate details are available upon approval.
- Attribution Model: Commissions are awarded on a last-click basis. The most recent affiliate link clicked prior to purchase receives credit. Use of an assigned coupon code overrides click attribution, provided the code is valid and assigned to you.
- Cookie Duration: Tracking cookies remain active for 30 days from the time a customer clicks your link or applies your coupon. Any qualifying purchase made during this window may earn you a commission.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly on the 25th, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $25. Payments are issued only for validated, approved transactions following a 30-day review period.
- Tax Responsibility: Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and remitting any applicable taxes on commissions received.
- Tax Documentation: All affiliates are required to complete and submit a valid IRS Form W-9 before any commission payments will be issued. We reserve the right to withhold payments until the required tax forms have been received and verified. Affiliates are responsible for updating their tax information promptly should any changes occur.
Prohibited Conduct-
Affiliates are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
1. Sending spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive marketing messages.
Misrepresenting your affiliation with Glacier Peak Holistics or implying official endorsement.
2. Utilizing fraudulent tracking methods, including cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or browser hijacking.
3. Purchasing products through your own affiliate links or coupon codes.
4. Publishing your affiliate coupon codes on coupon aggregator, deal, or voucher websites.
5. Bidding on our brand name, domain name, or variations thereof in paid search campaigns.
6. Running advertisements that divert or intercept our organic search traffic.
Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all commissions, including those previously paid or pending.
Important Legal Provisions-
- Application Approval: We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to approve or deny any affiliate registration, with no obligation to provide a reason.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with or without cause. Commissions are paid only on legitimate, validated transactions.
- Amendment: These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice, and continued participation after 14 days constitutes acceptance.
- Limitation of Liability: The Program is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Glacier Peak Holistics harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your promotional activities or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Lincoln County, Montana.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the Glacier Peak Holistics Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying or participating in the Program, you ("affiliate" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.
We ("merchant," "we," "us," or "our") reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time, as set forth in Section 10 below.
1. Approval & Denial of Registration
We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to approve or deny any affiliate registration application. We are not obligated to provide a reason for denial, and you will have no claim against us for any such decision.
2. Affiliate Links & Coupon Codes
Upon approval, you will be provided with a unique affiliate tracking link. You may also generate custom links for specific products or collections.
Attribution Model: We use a last-click attribution model. If a customer clicks on multiple affiliate links before making a purchase, the commission goes to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently within the active cookie window. If a customer uses a coupon code assigned to an affiliate, that affiliate receives credit regardless of the last click link, provided the coupon is valid. Double commissions will not be paid if a customer both clicks an affiliate link and uses a coupon code.
You may be assigned a unique discount code via your dashboard. You are only authorized to promote coupon codes that have been explicitly assigned to you. You may not promote or share any other Glacier Peak Holistics coupon codes.
Important: Affiliates are expressly prohibited from publishing or sharing their assigned coupon codes on coupon aggregator websites, voucher platforms, deal forums, or any similar third-party sites. Should we discover that your coupon code has been posted on any such platform, you will forfeit all commissions earned from transactions using that code, and we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program. Affiliates are encouraged to monitor the web for unauthorized distribution of their codes and to report any such instances to us immediately.
Permitted promotional channels include, but are not limited to:
- Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Personal blogs or websites
- Email newsletters (provided you comply with all anti-spam laws)
- Print publications (e.g., magazines, newspapers)
3. Commissions & Payouts
Commission Structure
You will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through your affiliate link or assigned coupon code. The commission rate is 10% of subtotal or tiered structure and is calculated based on the subtotal order value, excluding taxes, shipping, handling, and any other additional fees.
Commission Validation
All conversions are subject to a review period of 30 days from the transaction date. During this period, commissions will appear as "Pending" in your Conversions tab. After the review period, valid commissions will move to "Approved" and become eligible for payout.
Transactions that result in chargebacks, refunds, cancellations, or are determined to be fraudulent will not be eligible for commission, and any commissions already paid on such transactions may be recovered or deducted from future payouts.
Payment Schedule & Threshold
Commissions will be paid monthly on the 25th. A minimum payout threshold of $25 applies. If your accrued commissions are below this threshold, the balance will roll over to the next payment period.
Payment Method & Tax Responsibility
You must provide accurate payment details in your affiliate dashboard to receive commissions. All payments will be made through PayPal.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on commissions received. All affiliates must complete and submit a valid IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving any payments. We reserve the right to withhold commissions until the required tax forms have been received and verified. Affiliates are responsible for updating their tax information promptly should any changes occur. We may also be required to issue Form 1099-NEC to affiliates who meet the applicable IRS reporting thresholds.
4. Marketing Resources
We may provide you with promotional materials through the Marketing Resources tab in your dashboard, including banners, logos, product images, and collection-specific creatives. You may download these materials or use the provided HTML embed codes.
Brand Usage Guidelines:
1. You may not alter, crop, edit, or modify our logos or creative assets without our prior written consent.
2. You may not use our brand name, logos, or product images in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship beyond the affiliate relationship.
3. You may not register domain names that are identical or confusingly similar to our brand or product names.
5. Network (Downline) Program
If the Network feature is enabled, you may invite other affiliates to join under you as "downline" affiliates using your unique network referral link. Each person who registers through that link becomes your downline affiliate.
If a downline affiliate generates a qualifying sale, you may earn a network commission at a rate determined by us. This commission is paid in addition to the downline affiliate's commission and does not reduce their earnings. Network commissions are subject to the same validation, payout, and threshold terms as regular commissions.
6. Cookie Tracking & Duration
We use browser cookies to track referrals. A customer must have cookies enabled for tracking to work. We cannot track users who block, disable, or clear cookies, and we will not pay commissions on untracked activity.
The cookie duration is 30 days and begins when a customer clicks your affiliate link or first applies your assigned coupon code. During this active cookie window, any qualifying purchase made by that customer on our website will earn you a commission, even if they do not click your link again, provided no other affiliate's link or coupon overrides it under our last-click model (see Section 2).
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in any of the following:
a. Sending spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or any form of misleading or deceptive communication.
b. Misrepresenting your relationship with us, including claiming to be an employee, agent, or official representative.
c. Hosting, promoting, or linking to illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or pornographic content.
d. Using cookie stuffing, forced clicks, browser hijacking, or any other fraudulent or deceptive tracking methods.
e. Purchasing products through your own affiliate link or coupon code or encouraging others to do so on your behalf.
f. Posting your affiliate coupon codes on coupon aggregator, deal, or voucher websites without our explicit written permission.
-Violation will result in forfeiture of all commissions earned from such codes and may lead to account termination.
g. Using our brand name or variations thereof in paid search ads, display URLs, or as a keyword bid target.
Paid Search & Traffic Diversion Policy
You specifically agree not to:
a. Bid on our brand name, store name, domain name, or any misspellings or variations thereof on search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
b. Run advertisements that imply you are us or are officially affiliated with us beyond the affiliate program.
c. Direct paid traffic to our website or use our domain name as a display URL in paid ads.
Use paid advertising to intercept or divert organic search traffic intended for our website.
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, and potential recovery of commissions already paid.
8. Termination & Withdrawal
Withdrawal by Affiliate
If you wish to withdraw from the Program, you may send a written request to info@glacierpeakholistics.com. Upon withdrawal, any legitimate, non-fraudulent commission earned prior to the effective date of withdrawal will be paid out in accordance with Section 3, provided they meet the minimum threshold.
Termination by Merchant
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. In the event of termination without cause, we will pay out all legitimate, approved commissions earned up to the date of termination, subject to the minimum threshold. In the event of termination for cause (including violation of these Terms), all commissions, whether earned or pending, will be forfeited.
9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
THE PROGRAM AND ALL ASSOCIATED RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glacier Peak Holistics, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
a. Your promotion activities;
b. Your violation of these Terms;
c. Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations (including but not limited to FTC disclosure requirements, FDA, GDPR, CCPA, and anti-spam laws);
d. Any claim that your content or promotional materials infringe any third-party rights.
10. Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or via a notice in your affiliate dashboard. Your continued participation in the Program following 14 days after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may withdraw from the Program in accordance with Section 8.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lincoln County, Montana. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.
12. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.

Data gathered from Merchants
When a merchant uses the app, we are able to immediately access various sorts of information from their Shopify account, including email, first & last names and shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop location, etc.). We collect this information in order to offer you our Services, such as to verify your identity, contact you, provide customer assistance when you contact us, and send you advertising and marketing materials.
Data gathered from Affiliates
We collect some information from affiliates when they registers for a program such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information, so as to inform merchants. The data would allow the merchant to assess the affiliate's background and potential, as well as examine specific app activity and contact the affiliate if necessary.
Data gathered from Customers when visiting merchant website
When customers visit a merchant's website and place an order, the BixGrow system collects information about the sale, such as the order amount, order items, order ID, etc. to track conversions.
Cookie
"Cookies" and other tracking technologies are used on some of our site pages. Cookies are little files that are placed on your hard disk to assist us in analyzing the movement of our web pages and customizing our services. These cookies are used to save information such as visitor preferences and the pages of the website they browsed or visited.
We recommend that you leave cookies turned on because they allow you to use some of the affiliate marketing system's most important features.
Data Sharing
We value your privacy and take precautions to protect it. Except as specified in this privacy policy, we do not disclose your personal information with other parties. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers that we hire to do certain tasks for us, such as email marketing, data analysis and other marketing support. Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as long as it is necessary for them to perform their functions, and they must process it in line with this Privacy Policy.
Online Privacy Protection for Children
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use or access the Services. Children under the age of 13 are not deliberately collected personal information by BixGrow. By sending information to BixGrow, you represent that you are at least 13 years old . If you are under 13, you may only use the Site and Services with your parent or guardian's permission.
