Alternate the Glacier Peak Gold® and Peak Immune™ in 10-day increments as follows:

STOP Glacier Peak Gold
Days 11-20
Give Peak Immune 1x a day for 10-days
STOP Peak Immune
Days 21-30
Repeat Glacier Peak Gold 2x a day for 10-days
STOP Glacier Peak Gold
Days 31-40
Repeat Peak Immune 1x a day for 10-days
STOP Peak Immune
Days 41-50
REST FOR 10 DAYS FROM BOTH PRODUCTS
Days 51-60
Lastly, give Peak Immune 1x a day for 10-days
You may continue to alternate between the two until the desired results are achieved.
The 60-day period includes the 10-day break.
